I would remind the doc that the FDA requires statin warning labels to include risk for memory loss or confusion because it does happen to some people.

If you didn't experience it with your lower dosage, going back to it might clear things up (per Mayo clinic and others). Only other option is to stop taking it (also per Mayo clinic and others).

Same here! I'm almost 50 and just chalked it up to aging. But maybe there is something to it. I'm on 20mg Rosuvastatin, for what it's worth (200lb. male). Sometimes my boss asks me about something I did two or three months ago and I just have no clue.
