It just seems to be happening more and more. A guy I graduated HS with died unexpectedly. Only 49 and in great physical shape. Very buff from his pics. A friend posted her sisters husband died unexpectedly at 55. And her husband passed last year while they were walking on vacation. Only 52.
Another girl I graduated with got sick with some breathing issues and died. 48 years old.
Is it the air? Food? Covid? Maybe the vaccine? I know a few people that started having issues after too many boosters. I don’t think any of them smoked and seemed active.

This is something most people don't know, I didn't know it for sure.
A friend of mine, very healthy, knew her over 50 years, died in her sleep last year, not from Covid, it was heart attack and she had no indications of that.
Cardiac events seem to be the #1 cause of sudden death.
Sudden death is not a new thing, COVID may have increased our awareness that death is more possible daily than we think.
