some say.....

"you should be showering, bathing or cleansing yourself every two to three days." Though, if you're working out or engaging in an activity where you are sweating a lot, you may have to shower more often"

I agree with this statement. It might be icky to some people but I do not shower daily. I shower every two or three days but it also depend on what I am doing that day or what activities etc. Example: If I am going out with friends etc... I will shower lol. If I am just doing my own errands etc.. I normally wouldn't.

How about you.... do you shower daily, every other day, etc???

I don't have a set routine. Could be twice a week, could be four times, depending on how strenuously I exercise and how hot it is. Right now it's cool (we don't heat the house) and I'm riding my bike twice a week, so I shower twice a week after my ride.

In the summer I'm more likely to shower every other day because of heat/sweating.

I only wash my hair once a week, though. It is already dry and doesn't need more drying out.

No one in my household showers daily, though honestly my husband (a mechanic) could stand to!

During the summers in Florida, what I call a 3-shirt-day... it's quite possible I shower 2x a day especially when working outside. I also have an outside shower, a 1/2 acre pond me and the dogs enjoy on my acreage I use. Not to mention... my other "lavish" lifestyle at the condo, with a pool that's spittin' distance to the beach and where I keep my boat. I do enjoy the sandbar.

Don't ask me that question on a hunting/camping trip.

Every morning without fail, as soon as I get up. When camping in a tent I might go a couple of days, but now we have a travel trailer with a nice shower. I just wouldn't feel right getting dressed without having showered.

I take a long hot bath every night before bed.

Rarely shower unless we are at a hotel room with only a shower. Then I take a long, hot shower each night before bed.

When I was younger, I would shower at least once a day, often twice. That was because for a time I worked in an office where everyone smoked, and then later I worked as a veterinary assistant, so I would shower in the morning to get my hair where it needed to be and to arrive at my workplace fresh, and then again when I got home to wash off the stench.

Now that I'm 70 and have dry skin, every other day is fine. Sometimes I'll go three days if I don't have to go anywhere, because I honestly think it's better for my hair and skin.

Every night without fail, unless there is a utility failure in the city. I would feel icky getting into bed with the day's dust, dirt, and other things from the environment clinging to me. At 69, I am hoping to be able to continue this until is not necessary to do at all, but I do get tired of cleaning myself sometimes, so it will no longer be a concern at that point.

Dude Wipes work well for camping, so it's good to have a similar product available when you feel crappy.
