Yup, showering at night make sense as most people are active during daytime.
I just like to start the day feeling clean. It's rarely hot here so I don't get sweaty much. In 2023 my town's hottest day was just 86F. You tend not to get dirty when you wear socks, shoes and long sleeves for 3/4 of the year either.
I usually take my showers at night. Showering in the morning seems weird to me, and not very hygienic at all. It means you spent the night sleeping in your own filth.
.
Sometimes the morning shower is half preventative. When I worked outside jobs I always showered at night. Now, I mostly shower in the morning before work, given that I work a white collar job.

That sounds more like a clean laundry problem or a deodorant problem.
"you should be showering, bathing or cleansing yourself every two to three days." Though, if you're working out or engaging in an activity where you are sweating a lot, you may have to shower more often"
I agree with this statement. It might be icky to some people but I do not shower daily. I shower every two or three days but it also depend on what I am doing that day or what activities etc. Example: If I am going out with friends etc... I will shower lol. If I am just doing my own errands etc.. I normally wouldn't.
How about you.... do you shower daily, every other day, etc???
Not much. Two times a week in the winter. I am a water saver and never flush much as well.
I've got a nephew who is 22 now.. And.. It has always and still is a struggle to get him to shower. He was told at his job to go home and shower a few months ago.. That seems to have been the smack he needed to realize that he needs to shower more often, if not daily.
