Every evening. I shower before going to bed.. Nothing worse than getting up in the morning and showering after coming out from under the nice, warm blankets.
Its' possible I take more than one per day, but.. Rare.. I mean.. I have to go under the house to fix something.. I usually need a shower afterwards.
I've got a nephew who is 22 now.. And.. It has always and still is a struggle to get him to shower. He was told at his job to go home and shower a few months ago.. That seems to have been the smack he needed to realize that he needs to shower more often, if not daily.
I usually take my showers at night. Showering in the morning seems weird to me, and not very hygienic at all. It means you spent the night sleeping in your own filth.
That said, I only shower a couple times a week UNLESS I've been doing something that causes me to become actually dirty. Like being out in the garden. Then I shower a couple times a week, plus those extra times.
I like to start the day putting clean clothes on a clean body. Nice hot soapy shower to start the day. Most days I get sweaty or dirty so I get a second shower before bed. If it's like today (not going to get above freezing so I'm just inside reading or watching tv all day) I may skip the bedtime shower.

By having it 1-3 times each day, there is no way to distinguish between those who just shower once daily vs. multiple times per day. There is a big difference between people who shower daily, and those who shower 3 times daily.

Yup, showering at night make sense as most people are active during daytime.
Generally once in the morning, unless I get hot and sweaty, then I might shower in the evening too.
