Oh, brother! Olive oil or snake oil?

The Meme King of Longevity Now Wants to Sell You Olive Oil
Bryan Johnson, a data-obsessed Silicon Valley centimillionaire, is promoting food and supplements that promise to help people live longer. Scientists say his program is highly questionable. So why are people flocking to it?

Every day, between 7 and 11 a.m., he eats the same three vegan meals: "Nutty Pudding" (a blend of nuts, seeds, berries and pomegranate juice), "Super Veggie" (black lentils topped with broccoli and cauliflower) and a third, rotating dish consisting of vegetables, roots and nuts. He exercises for an hour every morning and takes up to 111 pills a day. (His pharyngeal muscles may be the strongest of all.)
Mr. Johnson claims that his regimen (or "protocol," as he calls it) has already slowed his speed of aging, giving him, at 46, the maximum heart rate of a 37-year-old, the gum inflammation of a 17-year-old and the facial wrinkles of a 10-year-old, according to his website. He publicizes his test results so anyone can see images of his bowels or learn the duration of his nighttime erections.

LOL, I couldn't see those results if I wanted to, thanks to the paywall.

^^ Anybody selling Olive Oil is a charlatan.

Let alone, the "Longevity" industry.

Live longer? Yes, I want to....live with a greater quality of life as I age? Yes, I want to.

I don't need to spend $$$ to do that....

Just eat well and move.

That right there shows he has no idea of what he's talking about.

"Max HR" is a value calculated by an arbitrary formula based on age to make exercise goal prescriptions and cut-off goals for cardiac stress tests....

...and if he has the skin of a 10 yr old, he oughta give it back-- He's getting it all wrinkled for the kid.
