Mine are related to sympathetic nervous system activation (psychological stress) and being an a state of chronic "narrow, objective" focus as explained by open focus theory. I get the eye ones... no pain, they start at one point in the eye and spread outward in a circular manner, looking like almost like a flashy rod effect. I have some of the other symptoms that "precede" the migraine but they are not caused by the migraine, they are simply life stresses that lead to the migraine.
No other symptoms except the visual aura described here... the depiction starting at the 1:06 mark in this video is quite accurate. I've had those dozens of times (probably over 100) in my life throughout the last couple decades. I totally ignore them at this point.
