I work at a hospital on 12 hour shifts. My pedometer regularly records between 4 to 7 miles on my feet per shift. Developed a bunion on my right foot. Wife ordered 3 pairs of bunion relief socks. I was skeptical of them so I waited until my day off to try them yesterday. Put them on first thing in the morning. Felt some relief after several hours. Awoke this morning with much less pain. Put on a second pair right after waking this morning. Please give them a try https://os1st.com/products/bunion-sock
Update. At one point my bunion pain was great enough that I couldn’t do push-ups nor planks. Since I’ve been wearing these bunion relief socks I’ve been able to once again start doing push-ups and planks again. Even body weight squats no longer hurt my feet. Will see if I can handle exercise walking again.
