So…some (not all) posters who have access to prescription meds such as Xanax & Ambien, are advising those who do not have it, as to how it’s so bad for you, yet you take it yourselves?
And others of you say you use mj brownies, indica, Delta 8, but offer no further clarification, information, education?
How helpful & suppotive. Sleep well, hypocrites.
What sort of clarification/education do you want? There are stores in states where MJ is legal that sell it, and the staff there are a great source of advice for which strains are best, and which edibles are best for what, and how much to take. Always start with a small dose and wait at least an hour for edibles to kick in before trying any more. Edibles require a good solid hour to take effect. In states where MJ is not legal you can usually purchase Delta 8 edibles in smoke shops, or on-line. 3 CHI is a good brand to purchase on-line. They have their own website, so google it. Delta-8 is derived from CBD extracted from legal hemp which is then chemically altered to change it into THC. Again, take the advice of the clerks in the stores, but you are in a bit of a no-man's land, as the strengths and varieties are not strictly controlled. Always take a lower dose and wait before taking any additional. You can always try a higher dose tomorrow if the first attempt is too little. If you haven't used any MJ in your life, start with a half a gummy. Was that helpful?

Half a gummy would put me out for 18 hours or longer. But for my spouse it would be just right.
My advice would be to take a smaller amount of gummy than half before bedtime, you can always increase it the next time if not enough.

Yeah, I live in a “legal” state & have family living in a “legal” state. Guess what? The clerks in the stores are just that…clerks. They take your money, they are not experts.
This is a message board, so I was hoping to get some information from a cross-sampling of real people. I will not try that again.

I like cartridges and vaping.
And correct, they're not geniuses from Harvard. I find it hilarious, weed is weed. There's good weed and crappy weed basically.
I just took some magic and will be ready for a nice nap.
How long that nap will be?
Frequently taking long naps could lower your life expectancy. Naps lasting longer than one hour have been linked to an increased risk of death from all causes. A recent study found that the risk of all-cause mortality increased by 27% for long naps, while short daytime naps increased risk by 7%.
Naps lasting more than 60 minutes a day increased the risk of type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome by 50%
Naps lasting longer than an hour significantly increased the risk of cardiovascular disease—by 82%.
90-minute daily naps are tied to increased risks for stroke, and two-hour daily naps are associated with an increased risk for dementia.
Naps exceeding half an hour during the day could possibly lead to serious health conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

They vary. About 2.5 hours today. Avg is around 3 hours to 3.5 hours. But i only take naps on the weekend. I am fit as a bull as everything they say is gonna kill ya. So i don't care bear. Sooner i go the better if i see everyone that left me.
Don't some cultures take a nap ("siesta") every day? If so, is their life expectancy - as a demographic - lowered?
I, too, would like to know more about CBD gummies. I've never set foot in a vape shop and would no doubt find it very confusing and intimidating. And how expensive are these things?
