No, Delta 8 is not legal in all states. I think about half of them.

Anyone have any luck with valerian?
Valerian doesn't take weeks to work. It either works or it doesn't. You should know within an hour.

Valerian is very bitter, so any form like "valerian tea" isn't going to have an effect on most people. If you can stomach valerian tea, it's still not going to be a dose that will affect most people.

Valerian extract capsules are available at Walmart and almost everywhere else that sells supplements. I most commonly see a 4x extract. (A "tea" would be like a 0.25 of an extract). I find their recommended dosage of 2-3 capsules excessive. 1 is more than enough for me.

It's been three weeks since I took an Ambien. Just melatonin now.

I was rather depressed around the time I stopped the Ambien. Had a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. That has decreased. Now I feel less depressed. I'm not sure if it's because I stopped the Ambien. I guess sleep meds affect your brain hence can affect your mood?

I snore and my wife cant sleep because of it but refuses to take anything to help her sleep. If the roles were reversed, I would take whatever needed. That said, I decided I am going to reach out and see if I can get surgery or something for the snoring instead of her having to take a sleep aid, lol.

I've been drinking thc/CBD non-alcoholic Seltzer drinks. My sleep has been so much better! BLNCD makes a few very delicious ones. I highly recommend this. No more ambling around the house at 3am.

I just thought it would be nice if I could use something besides the Ambien.

I can usually take a nap during the day if I want to. But I can't fall asleep at night without the Ambien.
I use books on CD. My mother used Books On Tape before there were CDs. Just don't get something like "Shootout At The OK Corral." Keep it low and slow.

Valerian works, and it didn't leave me feeling intoxicated when I woke up. If you learn about meditation, mindfulness, breath focus - that can work too.

-doxylamine: 1/2 pill (you can get a generic version at places like Walmart for little $)
-melatonin: 5 mg

I take those two together about 1-2 hours before bedtime and they work together to cure my chronic insomnia.

I don't wake up drowsy and enjoy my vivid dreams.
