I got a booster at CVS and they said they don't give cards any more. They said there'd be an email or something on their website to show I got it. I do have a CVS account but I saw nothing there. I got no email about it.
Is something supposed to show up there??
I doubt I'd need proof of vaccination but there should be something.

It will be on your medical record, like every other vaccine you have taken in the past.
It was CVS - have you gotten a CVS vaccine lately - did it show up in your email or your CVS account online?
5. Your vaccination can be added to your medical record.
Following your vaccination, with your permission, CVS Pharmacy or the MinuteClinic practitioner can notify your primary care physician so that the shot is added to your medical record.
Does anyone even still ask to see cards? I haven't been asked since, I think like March of 2022 to sit down at a cafe (and even then it was surprising).

In my experience getting vaccinations at CVS, if you go to the website (or App) and under the "Pharmacy" section, look for the listing of all your personal prescriptions, and vaccinations will show up there (along with the rest of your medications).
Usually shows date administered, manufacturer, lot # etc.
I have one prescription that gets filled at the local pharmacy. They have all my insurance information on file because of that, including the prescribing physician/PCP info. When I've gotten Covid vaxes there they were all added to my medical record. I can go online to either to my insurance provider's website or my healthcare profile maintained by my PCP to check my vaccination record.
I suppose if you don't have any prescriptions and only got your Covid vaxs at different local stores that happen to have a pharmacy counter, you paid the deductible in cash or got a freebie, the shot might not end up being added to a record.
