I just got a temp job and proof of vaccination was required. They asked for a screenshot from that CVS site.
If I had not had that, what could I have done??

Create an account at CVS. They will provide you with a list of your most recent vaccinations there.

That's exactly what I did. So I gave the employer a screenshot from there.

You know what's funny? It only displays my FIRST name. Not ideal if you want to prove
to people you're vaxed.

Next time, ask them to stamp your card after you receive the vaccination. If there's no room left on your previous card, they'll issue you a new one.

But not all pharmacies have card left over. They will provide the receipt as required. Some, like Kroger, gives you the little sticker with the vaccine information so you can stick it on your own card, in your wallet, on your full ICVP record book, on you head or anywhere else you want to maintain records.

I'm surprised how many people have gone into meltdown mode of some stupid COVID card; get a ICVP and be done with it.

The CDC will no longer be issuing COVID-19 vaccination cards, the agency said in guidance updated on Wednesday (10/4/23).

It will also not be keeping records of people's vaccinations, as there is no national vaccine registry.

Individuals can receive a digital or paper copy of their full vaccination records, including those for COVID-19, by contacting their state health department's immunization information system. Immunization providers also retain those records.
