When I got boosters about a year ago, they just added it to another line of the vaccine card I already had. If I get another booster I will ask the to add it to my existing card too.

I still have my card but used the last of the space up on this latest booster and I'll probably just keep it in it's airtight container as a souvenir. I didn't even show it to them this time, I wrote the date in myself.

It is in the news today that covid cards won't be printed any longer. So if your pharmacy still had them they are just using old stock I suppose.

All covid shots are listed in a national data base and are available to any doctor or medical facility that wants to see them or to verify that you had the shot(s). When i last saw my primary doctor and told her I was updated on my shots she said "I already saw that".

Both hubby and I got our newest booster last Friday at the CVS in the local Target. Apparently the Moderna has been hard to find around here. Anyway, we took our cards and she realized there was no place to write in the info. She asked if we wanted new cards but told us we really didn't need them anymore. We said yes as we may be travelling internationally next year so I wanted written proof.

I'm guessing with the inconsistencies reported on here, maybe they're no longer being ordered? So if the place you go to still has them, you'll get one. Otherwise, they're likely not restocking them? Just guessing.

I have like 3 cards over the past few years as I always forget to bring it. So they just give me a new one. But your record should be online. Just setup a profile w/ CVS or Walgreens to access it. You also have the option of adding that to a digital vaccination card if you like.

And like many others - I've only actually had to confirm my vaccination once. Back in 2021 when I attended a performance at a theater.

Depending on your state, they may offer an immunization record portal that has all of your vaccinations/shots, etc. At least I know there is one here in MD. You just setup your account and you can print it out or export it to a digital wallet.

I had a flu shot last week and specifically asked about the covid card. The Safeway pharmacy said I didn't need to bring it when I go in for my next covid vaccine and that my receipt should be kept as that was now the needed evidence.
