I know. I've taken it for 30 years. It works. It's not a poison. It's taken in moderation only when needed. Not to be taken more than 1-2 weeks at a time. That's usually not necessary. As mentioned above, it knocks the virus back into dormancy within 24 hours in my experience. Meaning, only 1 perhaps 2 doses is needed.

Which of the things you recommended are you here referring to? BHT?

Good point. Those who would be prone to use this stuff probably also ought to know what nasty stuff toluene is-- https://webwiser.nlm.nih.gov/substan...d=157&catId=83

No wonder it kills viruses.

Well technically it doesn't kill the herpes zoster (shingles) virus - it only forces it back into dormancy at the base of the spine.

But clearly you know way more than I do generally speaking about medical issues!

Good tip.

(BTW, my comment was still in editing mode and then it wasn't. I know my writing isn't that good but I don't speak or write like my last comment. a lot of silly mistakes. )

Actually, I was being facetious. The little bit of toluene involved isn't going to hurt you.Moderator cut: removed political comments that are OFF TOPIC

Yes, the 2nd Shingrix shot was rough. I had fever, chills, just generally feeling sick. It was in 2020 so they tested me for Covid which was negative.

If it reduces my chance of developing singles, it’s worth it. A friend has it and she has really suffered. I don’t want it.
