Nope - it's true that an attractive woman in sales or marketing is going to do better than the opposite.

I was just thinking about this today.

I was one of those attractive women and I saw it all play out (with myself, my clients, and other women). It's a thing that attractive women are hired in sales based mostly on their looks, and the sexier the better, especially if your clients are mostly male.

The top sales woman at the last company i worked for was a butch lesbian. She certainly didn't have fake boobs makes about 600k a year. At most places the top salesperson is a man.

Attractive people certainly have more opportunities than an unattractive person but slapping implants on anyone isn't going to make them attractive. It might actually cause someone to not take them seriously.

I was just rebutting the comment that attractiveness is not important in business.

As to the implants: It was early 1990's - I was a marketing rep - an attractive, NATURAL marketing rep. My competition was another attractive woman WITH IMPLANTS. She did better than me (not saying that's the reason, but it might be). She ended up getting really sick with breast implant syndrome or disease or whatever it's called - they didn't really know that much about it back then - she had the implants removed. Not sure if her sales numbers might have reflected the change.

If I were a guy.....and I am not......I think breast implants would be a big turn off.....that`s me. It`s artificial....I would rather smell real flowers, then fake ones, even tho the fake ones look perfect.
