Again, here in the drought-stricken southeast, we are only flushing when necessary. We have stage 3 water restrictions (stage 4 is strictest) and everyone is conserving wherever possible. "If it's yellow, let it mellow. If it's brown, flush it down." is metro Charlotte's current slogan. Luckily we have gotten some rain recently (over an inch yesterday) but we need much more.
