epsom salts I heard are good for leg and foot cramps
That might treat your feet/legs after you get the cramps, but it won't prevent them. Most of these types of cramps go away on their own before the water gets hot enough to run an epsom salts soak anyway.
Mine went away when I threw away my bed and started sleeping directly on a thin pad on the floor. But after a few years, they started to come back again, but affecting completely different muscles than they ever did before.
They occur most frequently if I am cold, or if I have gotten very tired an needed sleep badly. They go in cycles. Several times a night, for a few days, then not at all for months.
Notice if they happen after drinking alcohol and caffeine..haha....you will.
1000mg of magnesium fixes a people for the last 29 yrs....if you are a little
person try 750 mg.
I always say take a capsule (never a tablet) on an empty stomach before bed and
on the 3rd morning you will be thanking me...everyone, bar none does.
And, of course, make sure you are not dehydrated.
Epsom salt is mag sulfate and it is great stuff...but I tell people 8 pounds in
the bath...none of this 2 cups thing...that's what you put in a bucket for a foot sprain.
20 min in the hottest water you can take.
Its seem to come and go using all suggested, I guess I was looking for the silver bullet but not yet.
I appreciate all help...........many thanks!!
