I looked at pictures online of a man with klinefelter and realized that I had almost the same body type, for one I have the love handles and the other issue is that I have man breasts and store fat around my abdominal area. My height is 6 ft and I weight about 175 yet my body is a mess.
Have no had issues developing facial or body hair and my libido seems just fine for a guy that turned 22 a few months ago (I end up having the urge to masturbate almost every day).
Do I possibly have klinefelter or am I in just a poor shape?
Some people shouldn't look up things on "medical" online sites. See a doctor if you're concerned. (sounds like you just need to exercise and lose weight)

If you have man breasts and you're not really overweight you need to find out since men with klinefelters are also prone to get breast cancer.... and 3-5x more likely than the average man to get diabetes, which is exacerbated by love handles.
Other signs to look for are little/no facial hair, small shoulders, inability to put on muscle despite consistent visits to the gym and inability to have kids.
