Chickenpox Scars? (forehead, skin, dermatologist, doctor)

So I'm 28 and I was lucky enough to obtain chickenpox!!! I was stuck at home for 10 days from the end of June til July 4th...best hoilday ever!

Only had one night of bad itching. I'm back at work and working out again...I'm at about 90% all together.

My issue now are the few scabs and the many pox marks on my toso. I have a few on my face, look like acne. I have real bad ones on my stomach. I've been Neosporin' up like a fiend at night so I can avoid scars. I thought my skin would be healing faster after than this...I'm suppose to go to Vegas next week and now I'm thinking of bailing so I don't look disgusting / cause any possible additional damage.

Is there anything else I could/should be doing?

See a dermatologist. They can look at you and tell you the best method to solve your concerns.

For quick healing, the best i can recommend is to take care of your diet. Plan a diet in which you take in adequate amounts of essential vitamins and minerals needed for scar healing. Also, for topical, safe and hypoallergenic treatment that i know of, is, invicible scars. Also, consult a good dermatologist before doing anything.

Yeah, see the doctor or just try not to mess with them.
I have a scar in my forehead because I wouldn't leave them alone as a kid.
Our bodies know how to heal things like this.
