Herbal Cigarettes

I have smoked herbal cigs. There isn't any tobacco in them, hence, no nicotine. I got them at a tobacco store. I was thinking that they could keep me from smoking. They tasted nice. There were different herbal flavors. BUT I would stub it out when done and still be having a nic fit. I ended up quitting with nicorette. Maybe you could chew the gum and smoke herbals just for the hand to mouth? Best wishes. -cityflair
