There are LOTS there, and 90 min away is a WIDE swath. So why new? vs established?

You dont specify anytihng, but goto choice hotels.com - the largest conglom in the US and put in the destination and watch. at 90 minutes you could be in gaithersburg md, winchester VA etc...

Personally if you can stand a half hour drive, Federal Pointe Inn in gettysburg

The newer the better. I've got some family members that are grossed out by the thought of sleeping in a bed where thousands of others have slept

They are aware that all bedding is changed between check-out and check-in...??

That said the Tru by Hilton in Chambersburg is pretty new. https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/hgr...LndlYnNpdGU%3D

They are probably referring to the mattress / box spring. I'm watching My 600# life and these people stay in hotels in Houston a lot. I cringe thinking I might be in a bed that an 800# person slept in last night.

They should hope that they never have to sleep on a hospital bed. Hundreds of people sleep on those mattresses and die on them.
