One of the largest residential real estate companies in the Triad will be moving its headquarters into a larger footprint in Winston-Salem.
Coldwell Banker Advantage, a North Carolina member of the national Coldwell Banker organization, will soon be moving its Winston-Salem office to a new location in the city's downtown business district.
The company's current Winston-Salem office, which serves as its Triad headquarters, is located at 285 S. Stratford Road, where it takes up about 6,700 square feet across the building's first two floors, said Bryan Selser, director of marketing for Coldwell Banker Advantage.
The new location will be at 411 Fourth St. in downtown Winston-Salem, where Greater Winston-Salem Inc.'s offices used to be. The new office will be around 12,000 square feet, Selser said. Further details about the grand opening celebration will be announced soon, according to a release from Coldwell Banker Advantage.
Kevin Jay, president of Coldwell Banker Advantage Triad, said the move will allow the company to be at the heart of what he described as "the city's vibrant real estate market."
Andy Warren, manager of the Winston-Salem Coldwell Banker Advantage office, said the move will create opportunities for the company's real estate agents to grow their business and better serve their clients.
"Downtown Winston-Salem is growing and its central location is going to allow us to do more for the community than we could before in our current location."
