Riding around the city, I’m noticing that commercial development is really picking up even more in the far SW corner of Greensboro near Jamestown and Adams Farm. There are 3-4 projects going on right now within a mile of each other where dirt is actively being turned and structures are being erected. I imagine permits have been filed for some other land other there that has coming soon so signs. And they’re not car washes, storage facilities or mattress stores. If only the rest of the city could mimic that. Curious to see how everything develops . That area is showing a lot of promise.

What kind of commercial development are you seeing that is intriguing? Genuinely curious as I haven't been that way in a while.

One of the structures is going to be a Goodwill Center.
