I have been in Sandoval several times and have friends there. The community is well kept and everyone I have talked with that lives there are very happy with their home and the community.

We looked in Sandoval and it was a very nice community. The houses are jammed together pretty tight, but it was kept up very nicely. There were a few existing houses for sale at the time and the interiors were kept up nicely by the home owners. The ones listed as 1507 sqft were pretty small though. If there are only 2 or 3 of you, it would be fine. The person we spoke with at TM told us that new construction would take about 8 months and they do have lots. Just watch out for things like "lot premiums" and "upgrades" which will add to the price. We ended up settling in Bella Vida which is farther north.

Thanks for the info. 1500 is probably a little smaller than we want. We have been downsizing, but I don't want to go to small that we feel cramped. Were are hoping to be 2000-2400 sq ft. On the website they have some they can build that meet this. We are in no rush to build as this will be a vacation home/future retirement home. I have put it on our list to visit in December when we come down/over.

Check out both if you have the chance. Sandoval and Bella Vida. They each have a different feel and are located in different parts of the cape. They both also have new homes in the sqft'age you are interested in. Best of luck!
