The tour guide also said Sedona was the wealthiest per capita city in the country. It's very desirable, but hard to believe that it's the wealthiest. Thank gawd those mountains are federally owned. Otherwise the developers would find a way to build housing in top if all if them.

Absolutely, positively, no way on earth is Sedona even vaguely the wealthiest per capita city in the country. Perhaps it said "in the county"? There are a number of "celebrities" who have homes, depending upon how generous you care to be with your definition of "celebrity," but Sedona has a considerably larger population of druggies, frauds and wackos than celebrities. According to Wikipedia, only one Arizona city is in the top 100 -- Paradise Valley, which is a damn city ritzier than Sedona, at #92. Sedona certainly has some high-dollar enclaves, but overall it's a place whose reputation far exceeds the reality.

That's what I thought. I took everything the tour guide said with the proverbial "grain of salt". The l
Local uptown bartender told me that no working folk live in sedona proper, but in outlying towns. Honestly, it's a town with a bunch of rocks.

Yeah and I took a tour one in Key West where the guide swore Blackbeard the Pirate was from there.

Guess he never heard of Ocracoke.

Someone said Sen, McCain lives there? Or has a house?

If Verde Santa Fake is Cornville, so is Page Springs. It's all 86325
The Fire Dept. is the Cornville Page Springs Fire Dept.
There is no Page Springs post office, no Page Springs Elementary School
Page Springs is one area of Cornville.
