I have also been told Pacino has a house there.

I'm still stuck at wondering what a "famous celeb" is. Are there celebs that nobody has ever heard of or famous people that are not celebrities ? Who is gawd anyway ?

Al Pacino did have a house there, might still... It was in the '90s. My husband delivered concrete there (back behind the hospital area). He said that Al came out and stood outside with a cup of coffee and leaned against a post in his bathrobe while they poured the concrete.

I also know that Sam Elliott and Catherine Ross had a house in Oak Creek Canyon (Junipine area). I know because I used to have the gate code because I was an office manager for an HVAC and plumbing supply company (Cottonwood) and I had to have the code to give to the drivers to haul in the materials. I'm not sure but I doubt they have it anymore.

Also, Ted Danson- but mostly his parents lived there and I don't know the current status of that.

Steven Tyler of Aerosmith's mother had a house there but I don't know now.. she isn't alive anymore and I don't know if Steven would still own the house or if he sold it.

As for Maynard James Keenan - lead singer of Tool, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer does have a house in Jerome and a winery... actually more than one Winery in the Verde Valley area. He's building another one in Cottonwood and someone said that he was going to be moving to that area, but I can't say for sure. He also has a record store in Jerome... Yay vinyl!

Somewhere in this weak little pea brain of mine, there's more - but right now I certainly can't think of them right now!

I heard former child actor Glenn Scarpelli from “One Day at a Time” lives (or lived) in Sedona.

Seems like everybody except Harrison Ford has lived there at one time or another.

Wealthiest "per capita" in terms of?

...value of property owned?
...Number of people residing within zip code who make $___+ a year?

There are some variables here that aren't explained.
