Did you enjoy these shows?
I saw a couple and they were favorite artists of mine
I guess the digital tech was pretty cool if you are into computer imagery but it didn't really do the actual artwork justice
It was a fun idea - quite expensive I thought for what the performance is though

My idea of an "immersive experience" would be to go to a blockbuster exhibit - like the Netherlands grand Vermeer exhibit.

I went to the Van Gogh one when it was in our area (20 minutes from my house) out of curiosity. I'm not really a big Art person but still do occasional art museum visits, etc. I enjoyed it but was not blown away by it and thought it was pricey for what it was. It ran about $60 pp and IMHO was priced at about double the price it should be. Special exhibits at our Art Museum and Science Center that I enjoy just as much if not more are closer to the $30 pp price point. If something similar came to our area again, I'd go if someone else in my family wanted to, but I wouldn't go on my own or be the one to instigate or suggest visiting next time. It's more of a one and done for me.
