I'm diabetic, but just a pill. I have lost 10 lbs in 3 months toward my goal. Since 2000, a total of 62 lbs. It comes off slowly, especially since the gym's are closed. I continue to stay on a type of weight watcher plan. I do exercise 3-5 times a week by walking. I have never gained anything back. Shooting for 10 more lbs. Good luck and health to everyone. My granddaughter is getting married in December, so that helps.. Ladybee

I changed jobs, what reduced my commute by 75%
As the result, I doubled my home gym time, as I have time for that now.

Also, crossed 200lb bench press. That was major landmark for me, considering 65.5 body. 202x7 on a good day.

I would like to share my short and sweet lesson on transformation. Transformations don't happen overnight. They take timeā€”hours spent on training, eating well, and putting health above all else. There is no easy route when it comes to making lifelong changes, but perseverance and determination go a long way. The same happened to me when I set a target to achieve weight loss. Diet is only the main thing that played a major role in my goal. Balance is always helpful to provide a lead-in weight loss journey because we are aware 70% of diet and exercises play only a 30% role in our healthy lifestyle.
