I say I do three a week. And I do. Usually.
In a perfect world that would be 156 workouts a year, but I know I don't do that. Scheduling stuff happens.
I'm saying 135. That's the actual number of workouts I got in over the last 12 months.
What's your guess?
How many times in the last 12 months have you gone to the place where you workout and completed your tasks?
I was going 3 to 4 days a week for a while but no longer work from home so I switched to 2 days a week full body workout. I basically never miss a workout unless sick or on a longer vacation so I'd say I do pretty much 100 sessions a year.
When I was doing jump rope and body weight exercises, I averaged about 3-4 workouts a week. For the past month, I’ve quit jump rope and focus more on strength training with dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. I do that 3x a week, then walk or do yoga the other 3 with 1 rest day. So I would say I’ll have worked out about 150x this year, give or take.
Don't know, but I generally exercise everyday, sometimes even twice a day if I do cardio and weights in the same day (cardio morning, strength training evening). I will maybe miss just a few days a year.
Got some devoted fitness buffs around here. It's amazing the amount of work (because it's fun and rewarding to them) some people put into it.
