Plus, pushups utilize different muscles than curls.

Going all the way down until my upper arms are at least parallel to the ground and locking out all the way up. For my normal daily routine I shoot for 50+, doing full and complete pushups with no rest whatsoever until I literally can't push myself back up due to muscle failure. So I actually end up doing around 55-60.
Quick 2 mile bike ride to warm up,
then some heavy squat sets,
Some strict military press
a little push press for s&g
fistfull of kroc rows
Some chin ups. Sort of. (really low bar)
and a few fun things, like renegade rows and barbell jump squats.
Finished off with some neck harness.
Half hour treadmill run followed by an hour and a half on the eliptical, burnt roughly 1,600 calories.
That is a long long long long long loooooooooong time to be doing cardio. 800 calories/hour is hard work. I would have a hard time believing that calorie count.
what's a calorie row?
what was your time?
are you participating in the open?
ummm....calorie row, you row for calories.
My time was 50 minutes. Me and only 2 other people were the only ones to do the full 3 rounds RX. Round 1 and 2 were ok, but I totally hit a wall on round 3 and ran out of juice.
As for the open, our CF gym doesnt participate in or even care much for the CF open/games.
Today is one of my two weekly off days, but the walk to work to/from the metro station will take 15-20 minutes, and I do this at a brisk pace. I also exclusively climb stairs at the office--today has already been several flights. I take these two steps at a time and make sure to bend the legs so as to work the thighs as deeply as possible.

Burning 800 calories an hour doing fairly intense cardio is a piece of cake, a least if you are already in good shape to begin with. On the treadmill alone I normally bring it up to 10 mph, sometimes 11 or 12 mph if I am in the mood/energetic enough when I'm doing 60/120's. Then I normally do a a high intensity cross country program on the elliptical for the next 1.5 hours. Yes I know what I am doing is atypical and may be seen as excessive, but I am on a cut cycle on an intense bodybuilding program.
35 minutes on the elliptical. hr monitor reports 506 calories burned.
