apple chips
some healthy cheddar puffs that don't taste the same
roitisserie chicken
nectarine
blackberries
lean pocket for lunch

So, who made it the whole day without sweets?!

Good news jco!!
The only thing I ate since breakfast is a 1/2 of a sloppy joe..I so need to pack for az. tomorrow!! My son does not have a computer so I will be gone for a few days. Everyone have a great week!!

No sweets, except a Mikes lemonade at the end of the day...2 carbs, 78 calories.....sure tasted sweet though.
