Karla announced a special day, which means we can have something "special" guilt free. Can mine be an entire meal and dessert?

So, tell us what you're eating today!

Basically, we post what we ate today (for all to see) and gab throughout the day. Some post as they eat and others post everything they ate for the day at the end of the day. I give out reputation points as I'm able (have restrictions on how many to give out) if you have a good day.

Welcome!

BTW - Today I've had a bowl of my ginseng/flakes cereal with water.

Thank you. I'm glad I'm starting today because yesterday was a very, very bad eating day. So, a fresh start.......so far, I've had my poma noni, fresh blueberries, and watermelon. I am about to make a bowl of oatmeal though, so we'll add that. The real tester is after 4:00 p.m., when the binge monster visits............ Jeannie

My day is over now and I really need to go to bed. That's why only a short post on what I ate today:

breakfast: 2 bananas + 1 nectarine
lunch: delicious turkish bread filled with low fat meat + veggies and two little bites of chocolate with yoghurt + strawberry filling (yummie)
dinner: cauliflower + one slice of dark bread with low fat yoghurt butter + 1 slice dark bread with low fat cheese

Unfortunately I only drank 2 glasses of water + 1 glass berry juice (1/3 berry juice + 2/3 water)

I only walked to our field to watch the boys play soccer - so only 2 km walking. I hope tomorrow I have the strength to do my workout again...

See you around, have a nice evening!

Wildflower for lunch and protein overload for dinner!!! It's hubby's 30th birthday so he wanted meats galore. I think we're heading to the east side of town for some Brasilian churrasco. Yummmmmmmmmmy! Then the Cheesecake Factory for dessert. Can't wait!! My "special" meal will consist of entree AND dessert too. Can't wait!
