On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
To the right of the address bar, tap More Settings.
Tap Site settings Pop-ups.
Turn Pop-ups to Allowed or Block.

The popup which appears to be named or related to EDGE has only been seen on one website.
Horse Racing Nation dot com. We only visit the site maybe once a week. So this popup is no longer an issue for us.
