CLT to DCA: $193.70
GSP to DCA: $175.10
CHS to DCA: $199.60
AGS to DCA: $199.60

CAE would be the obvious choice in this scenario.
What about ATL ?

Default Columbia Charlotte Shuttle

If you're in our service area waccamatt, I'm going to give you a free roundtrip to CLT.

Email me when you're ready to see what you're missing.

I'll throw a big thumbs-up to the Columbia-Charlotte Shuttle service. Picked us up at our house, unlike Atlanta's Groome, and even though one of our flights arrived back at CLT after midnight, the van was there waiting when we emerged from baggage claim. Not having to get in the car and drive home after flying all day makes it worth every penny.

Safe travels. Like I said, email me when you're ready. I don't give $98 to strangers every day.

We've used a shuttle service to get from Columbia to Charlotte and it was great. They picked my in-laws up at the Charlotte airport and brought them right to our door. Same service on the return trip. Depending on your total ticket cost + what you have to pay to park it can save you money as well as time.
