"Home sales totaled 870 in February, a 21.3 percent increase over the same month a year ago, according to the Realtors Association report. We had planned to retire to Co Springs soon to be near family but the house prices are escalating beyond our price range. I would bet that a healthy percentage of buyers are investors/flippers. We won't buy a flipped house - too much lipstick on a pig going on to trust the integrity of the work.
