Thoughts on Tidalwalk area? Thinking about buying a home in there but I'd like to hear from someone that lives there or know someone that lives there regarding the community, the HOA, the beach area and the homes. Thanks!
You might search the coastal sub-forum for "Tidalwalk". Someone asked about it a couple of years ago. They were looking for a family-friendly place and I thought it might work. It is an established area with good schools.
You could try a few other things - Post on the Facebook "Wilmington, NC - Community" group to ask if any residents post there.* See if there's a Nextdoor.com Tidalwalk group.* Contact a listing realtor in Tidalwalk to see if they know any residents.
I assume you know to check flood zone and insurance requirements/costs. We live a couple miles from there, not in a flood zone, and are expecting a very hefty increase soon due to proximity to the coast.
