Really? On what corner? All corners of that intersection already have a business going. Unless something is getting torn down, then I don't see it. I also see no information on this,

Plans for this shopping center were approved at the recent city council meeting on Dec. 1 2014, plans call for the old Tractor Supply, the Exxon station and the former Deacon Jones lot to be redesigned for new retail on Berkeley

The city of Goldsboro is working with DHIC Inc to bring a housing comlpex to downtown, this is great news for the city, residential infill is a key element to revitalization of the downtown core. The plans call for three buildings containing 64 apartments, this is part of the south center acquisition, also three more historic properties have been sold or are under contract.

Coming from NYC to Goldsboro, military family- I don't really see (now, never been here before) what the discouraging comments from previous USAF were based on. Love the people, and really it seems that the area is bustling for a community like this. Given there's no IT industry here which is a bust for me, but I'm already inviting my relative who is a nurse in NYC to move here!

Went by the mall today and seen they had a dumpster in front of the old eckerds drug store that use to be in the mall. Look like they were cleaning it out for something. Hope its a Buffalo Wild Wings.
