The same reason anyone else would be condemned... rejection of Jesus Christ in your life.

You can use your death or His as a payment for sin.

Paul was not admitting to having lied. He was assuming for the sake of argument, the position of Israel. It was Israel that had been unfaithful to God. Paul was not unfaithful to God.
