I want a tiny house too. Less to dust and clean, lol!
I'm also considering building a container home or ger (yurt) when I buy a small piece of property. Now I'm doing some early research to discover exactly *where* that will be. Retirement is still a decade away, however, but at least I can figure out what state to buy a small piece of land in.
