I am pretty sure that you said Sparticus is a budgie, I don't remember if Igor is. I know Rosie is a Bourke. If the other two birds become a breeding pair, you should move Rosie to another cage.

You would be correct.
This was a really good move! Igor and Spartacus couldn't be happier. Rosie seems comfortable. They are both to my immediate right, I am sad I lost Doodle yesterday.
I am still a little bit confused, about the relationship between a bird like Rosie to a parakeet/budgie. What is the deal in their comparability and comparability?
Igor and Rosie are chattering, head bobbing, warbling, showing every indication of being a breeding pair.
My concern is that if Igor and Spartacus are a breeding pair, one or both of them could potentially get very defensive of their cage and possibly pick on Rosie. Just saying.....
I don't know that the two budgies are male and female.
How large is this cage and how many choices do they have for perching? Can each bird distance itself from the others if it chooses? Their tolerance for being together constantly may shift once the newness wears off.
Looks like Spartacus is a male and and Igor is a female from what I see in that picture. They might get along just fine, keep an eye out for any potential aggressive moves by the budgies against Rosie or vice versa.
You can't visually determine Rosie's sex like with the budgies. While technically they are all Parakeets, Rosie and the budgies won't be able to breed due to the fact that they are not genetically compatible.
