Yes, I agree with you that looks aren't everything, but that doesn't change my opinion that Austin doesn't have a huge number of really hot women. Spend a week in New York City or any large city in Europe and then come back to Austin and you'll understand what I mean.

I like the way women look here just fine, no need for a lot of make-up in my opinion.

You assign points?

I wish there were more ~35 yo single women around. I don't have much use for 23 year olds just out of college and in hipster mode............

I'm with you on that... I can't party like I used to and I prefer a more laid back lifestyle now, no pun intended

CA gurls are 10x the fun as other girls but 5x the maintenance. That's a tradeoff I can live with.

The curve in that graph does suggest to me that after college age, women are more likely then men to leave Austin. I wonder why that is? Are they more likely to move back to where they have family? Are there fewer job opportunities for women in Austin? If we want to counter that trend we have to understand it better. Any ideas?

As Jobert observed on another thread:

Your right on both counts, there is a significant bump up in the number of men after college age. And a huge drop in the number of women after college age.
