In terms of international relationships, then men are also selective. Many have no interest in foreign women, and the ones who are interested, then they typically want someone that is young and have a nice personality. and would reject someone that is just looking for a visa. That excludes a lot of people.

Also, people on marriage visa need to live with their spouse. Most foreigners aren't willing to marry anyone and if they do find someone then they will be better integrated than low-educated migrants.

The foreign teachers in South Korea, Taiwan and HK are mostly from the US, Canada and UK while Russians teaching english in Mainland China not uncommon.
They are mostly from the US, Canada and UK, because South Korea demands a degree from an accredited English Speaking institution.

That is why I said South Korea is selective on who it lets in the country.

In the urban villages of Chinese cities are where the working class live, there are many kids. Kids with grandparents in non urban areas is also common.
We are not living in the year 2000 anymore. The kids have grown up, moved to an apartment in the city and the villages are now full of old people.

I have been to several villages in China. I have yet to see a village full of kids.

Poorer Chinese will go to many 3rd world countries for opportunities.

Well there are first world countries in Asia. I have lived in Singapore and quite a number of men marry Mainland Chines women. To a lesser extent South Korea. But in Singapore you have a similar culture especially language wise.

Japan has the least number of men marrying non local women compared with HK, Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore due to language and cultural differences with other countries. South Koreans have the same language as the ethnic Koreans of China. HK , Taiwan and Mainland China speak Chinese.

Thats why japan population decreases but not in the 4 Asian dragons.

That is incorrect. South Korea population is dropping by 100,000 per year, which is about the same rate as births minus deaths.

The real reason Japan is dropping faster is because Japan developed earlier than South Korea. In a few decades then South Korea will see a natural population drop by 800,000 per year and that is likely to mess with the economy making it hard to attract high-value immigrants.

And Singapore and HK get most of their immigration as labor migration from China. It has nothing to do with locals finding spouses abroad.

It's called the Four Asian TIGERS, not Four Asian dragons. Dragons is Chinglish.
