I've been taste testing some, and so far, NONE taste anywhere near as good as the real thing.

The only totally alcohol free wine I've found is FRE...double yuck, undrinkable to me, but wifey's drinking it.

Today, I tried Ariel Chardonnay, tastes like watered down white grape juice, but drinkable (.05%)

Beer...wife likes NA Becks, I prefer NA Kaliber which is made by Guiness.

Coors "Edge" NA beer is okay...drinkable, tastes similar to Michelob Ultra to me.

Any others we should try?

I love Run Wild by Athletic Brewing company. If you buy 2 -6 packs shipping is free.

Clausthaler makes a pretty decent NA beer. Bitburger has one also but I quit buying when it went to $10 a six pack. I couldn’t bring myself to pay more for beer with no alcohol!

I agree, and it's their process. Instead of removing the alcohol from the beer, and some flavor along with it, their brewing method results in less than .5% ABV naturally, so the flavor is retained. With my medical condition I am limited to one alcoholic beverage a day at most, but sometimes one needs another, and I found Athletic since they are local, and their products are in our stores.

Second the Clausthaler.

I don't drink and drive, so when I'm on the road and stop off at a restaurant or bar, I usually drink O'Doul's or Labatt Blue NA. The one time I was offered Clausthaler, I was amazed at how good it tasted.

For widely available commercial beer, Claushauler is probably the best. Heineken 0.0 isn't bad. Coors Edge is drinkable.

For the new generation, Athletic Brewing Co is the champion. I live close to the brewery and their pilots, as well as the widely released ones. You can join their monthly club for auto delivery and get access to the pilots.

If you near a Total Wine, they have a good selection. Here are a few thoughts

Bravus has some OK products(Stout, Raspberry Gose,) but they are inconsistent. Avoid the IPA.

Brewdog is tasty, but it's more like beer seltzer.

Two Roots kicks ass. It's almost on the level of Athletic.

Wellbeing Brewing has a few good products. IPA isn't bad. I like their Hellraiser Dark Amber best.

The NA beer market has expanded quite a bit. At the store the other day I sw offerings from Guinness, Corona and my favorite beer, Stella Artois. I'm drinking a Stella Liberté NA beer now and it's pretty tasty!

I'm looking specifically for non-alcoholic wine, but, haven't found a decent one yet either. People say that the good ones are very expensive.

I don't drink much of any kind of beer these days. But I did find that the NA version made by the people who make Beck's is far and away the best of all the NA beers.

During Prohibition, one of the big American brewing companies came out with an NA brew that the beer drinkers really liked. I forget which company it was, but they should bring that back.

NA wines are just nasty in my experience.
