On site visit to ensure delete front handsink at soda fountain area and place a hand sink in ware washing area. Not ready as towel/soap dispensers were not yet installed. Will call when ready. 08/29/2011 WAH

8/30/11 - Permit not issued - freezer under counter not functioning; soap and towel dispensers mounted, not filled; drain under 3 compartment sink not functioning properly, overflow from drain pipe out of sinks onto edge of floor drain. KK

9/2/11 - Permit given with exception of use of deli area. Freezer not repaired, replacement being sent, will call for final inspection. Drain under 3 comp sink not repaired. Will call for final permit inspection when repaired. KK

9/7/11 - All requirements met for final permit inspection…full permit issued. KK
