Artic Glacier purchased ice. *Reminded operator to place name and address on any ice produced in facility. Ice machine clean. Freezers @ 0F. Good product dates on grocery items and dairy. Facility very clean and organized.

1) Accumulation of dust; syrup and other debris inside the soda machine cabinet. Clean the floor under the soda machine (inside the cabinetry).2) Several of the VCT floor tiles in the restroom (adjacent the 3-compartment sink) are missing or damaged. Either replace the missing and damaged tiles or an acceptable alternative would be to remove all the VCT floor tiles within the restroom and paint or seal the concrete subfloor with a concrete sealant or paint.

There is inadequate lighting in the back storage room and in the walk-in cooler - replace missing and burned out bulbs.

Few other food products on shelves had expired dates; two food cans were dented; All of these were removed from shelves to return to providers.Check on expiration dates on El Mexicano brand cookie boxes with provider as some appear to be expired. Provider will be in within 3 days per operator.
