General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit to operate.The following items must be corrected by 1/29/2016:1) Install FRP on walls on left side of 3-compartment sink and behind 3-compartment sink and mop sink from top of cove base to 12 inches above the 3-compartment sink.2) Install door closer on bathroom door.Hot dog grill provided to sell hot dogs; sausages and taquitoes and hot food case for heated commercially prepackaged breakfast sandwiches.No hand sink at food counter. Train staff to wash hands in back area hand sink and use gloves to prevent bare hand contact with ready to eat foods.Risk category 1 assigned. No Certified Food Protection Manager is required; however; one employee has WCHD certificate and passed exam in 2013.
