Observed excessive water on ground. Operator unable to determine source of water; possibly it was from rinsing down park but numerous leaks were also observeed in piping throughout facility. Clean up water and verify no leaks/wastewater prior to reopening.

Observed one hand sink not working and blocked off. Sufficient other handwashing facilities exist but this sink needs to be repaired. Observed backflow device spitting water periodically as if water is backpressuring through system. This device needs to be inspected by a licensed plumber. Observed water leaks under ice storage bin. Repair these leaks prior to reopening.

Observed numerous areas of floors/ground dirty with leaves and bottle tops from previous season. This facility needs to be deep cleaned prior to reopening.

Operator voluntarily closed this facility. All violatiosn must be repaired prior to reopening. WCHD will reinspect 4/20/15 to verify.
