Ensure that hose is removed when not in use or cut the hose to prevent the length extending below the flood level rim.Walk-in door was propped open during stocking and temperature observed at 52F on thermometer. Food product measured at: Milk 41F and Turkey 42F. Operator has a refrigeration monitoring and the ambient temperature did not get above 46F. Dean will need to come to WC Health District and apply for and receive WC Food Managers card. Will need to bring Serve Safe certificate w/ test score attached. Complete by 4/26/13.**All construction complete and signed off.
