Ensure that hose is removed when not in use or cut the hose to prevent the length extending below the flood level rim.Walk-in door was propped open during stocking and temperature observed at 52F on thermometer. Food product measured at: Milk 41F and Turkey 42F. Operator has a refrigeration monitoring and the ambient temperature did not get above 46F.
