Refrigeration unit with sandwiches; cheese; cold cuts; milk @ 36 F. - 42 F.Do not overfill refrigerator as air circulation is interrupted and unit does not operate as well. Remove boxes used for storing burritos inside of refrigerator.Install thermometer inside front of refrigerator to monitor temperatures in the warmest part of the unit.Install thermometer inside freezer with microwave frozen dinners.Bag of sugar in storage area on the floor. Store sugar and any other food product at least 6" off the floor.Remove the shelves that were removed from the wall that are beinjg stored in drink storage area.Okay to issue Health permit.
