No violations noted at time of inspection.Notes:-bathrooms clean and stocked - for employee use only-refrigeration temps all less than 40F-ice cream freezer at -6F-food all stored at least 6 inches off the ground-store is clean and organized-no pest control issues - have once a month service by Western Exterminator Co.-discussed first in; first out procedures with no issues noted. Have a regular program for checking stock dates. Dairy dates good.-facility does not sell dented cans-discussed employee health policy - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomitting / diarrhea) are excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.

Observed right-hand sink is backed up and the same for the right-hand toilet in the women's bathroom. Need to have both cleared by a certified 3rd party lumber and submit receipts of service. Manager said this is a constant problem in the store. She said they usually clean the sinks and toilets when it backs up but sometimes this is not enought. Bathrooms cleaned daily. Suggest signage near toilets requesting employee and patrons to hold down flushing handled for at least 10 seconds to reduce incidents.
